Product Description
The official guide from the makers of the TOEFL to ensure your exam success! The Official Guide to the TOEFL® iBT is the leading guide to the most widely accepted English-language proficiency test in the world--the TOEFL test. Written by ETS, the makers of the test, this book includes two real full-length TOEFL tests for practice, as well as explanations of every section of the test and information on what is expected of you for every speaking and writing task. You will learn how to construct your answers and integrate the four skills needed to demonstrate academic English-language proficiency: reading, listening, speaking and writing. The accompanying CD-ROM provides on-screen interactive versions of both real TOEFL tests in the book, just like the one you will encounter on test day.

The Official Guide to the TOEFL iBT with CD-ROM, Third Edition March 1, 2010 Mary S. Whetstone Very satisfied. Purchased as a gift for a visitor from out of country. She took the book back to her home country so she could use it to study for the TOEFL which she will take in April.
TOEFL iBT November 8, 2009 Kaja Hornseth (Norway) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
The book is great preperation material before the TOEFL iBT. The only thing that bothered me, after the test, was that it didnt't exactly tell me how many tasts there would be on each section. When you do the sample tests you also think that you have way more time than you actually do on the real exam.
Very Good! November 16, 2009 María Sanchez (Bogotá, Colombia) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The Official Guide is a good book. It explains in detail the different parts of the TOEFL and provides interesting exercises that will help you develop the skills you need to get a good score!
